Hey y’all! Today I wanted to give you a quick review of my experience using the Depend Fit-Flex Underwear for Women.

You may remember a few months back I discussed the Depend Active Fit Briefs, and even did a follow-up with a video, and today I am doing the same thing but with the Fit-Flex style of undergarments.

Bladder leakage issues affects more than 65 million Americans daily, and while many people are troubled by this, few people are talking about it. I am all for breaking the taboo of discussing something so many of us deal with but are often too embarrassed to bring up. My bladder issues stem from cancer and Lupus, but there are so many different reasons one could experience this malady and it is time we get comfortable with it and learn to live a full life while still having minor leakage issues.

Depend is helping us do that!

Depend is committed to helping us break stigmas associated with leakage issues and have developed a line of underwear to get us back to living a full life. No more worrying about travel or shopping, long lines or traffic. You aren’t limited to staying near a bathroom because with the Fit-Flex Underwear, you can get back to living!

Don’t just take my (written) word for it, take my spoken word, too! I filmed this review immediately after running a 5K. I am hot, sweaty and do not look at all pretty. I am one hot mess! But the thing is, I was hot, sweaty, ran for almost 4 miles and these Depend Fit-Flex held up and stayed dry! They even wicked my sweat away! (Seriously, my nether-regions stayed moderately dry compared to the rest of my body which was trying to shed enough water for me to survive in this Georgia heat.) Now that is something!

Fit-Flex is a moderate to maximum absorbency panty. They are designed for those bigger leaks, but they are not huge and bulky, you can even wear them under your yoga pants!

I tried the Small/Medium sized Fit-Flex, and I had no troubles with snugness, stretching, pulling or any other uncomfortable issues we often hassle with in our underwear. My weight has fluctuated a lot over the years, and my body frame is meant to be small, but with pregnancies and illnesses, I have gone up and down the scale a lot in the past decade and a half. I am firmly in a medium right now, having worked my way down from the large I was at the beginning of the year, and the small/medium actually may have been a little big on me. Coverage was good, but the flexible waist was a little loose. Luckily my rear is big enough to compensate. 😉
