“I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Depend to help raise #Underwareness. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.”
Not too long ago I shared a very personal problem, something my family and friends couldn’t believe I was sharing to the public, and today I am again going to talk to you about this problem that affects me, and could be affecting you, too.
I am talking about Urinary Incontinence, or bladder leakage. It is a problem that over 51 million American women are struggling with right now, but it doesn’t have to remain a struggle. We can break the stigma and begin speaking out about such a common problem. We don’t have to be ashamed! Depend has created the website www.Underwareness.com, in order to help raise awareness for this condition that affects 1 in 3 women!
In my last post where I reviewed Depend Silhouette Active Fit Briefs, I went into some detail on my own issues with bladder leakage; how chronic kidney and bladder illnesses and conditions associated with both having had cancer as well as suffering from Lupus have left me being one of these 51 million women dealing with such issues, and how it has made me more conscious of where bathrooms are, how long I can be away from one, what clothes to wear, etc. Now that I have been using my Depend Silhouette Active Fit Briefs for several months, I don’t want to be without them! I’m not so worried about laughing or sneezing, and while sitting in traffic is never ideal, I no longer feel worried that I will arrive at my destination with a wet seat.
I wear them every day. Seriously. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I feel more confident. More in control of myself and less a slave to my bladder. They fit under everything. They are DISCREET!!!! In beige and black, so you will always have the right color. But don’t just read my words, hear them….
Get your Depend Silhouette Active Fit Brief coupon here: http://bit.ly/1JypZGp and be sure to share your experiences using the hashtag #underwareness. For every photo and video shared using the #Underwareness hashtag, the Depend brand will donate $1, up to $3 million, through 2016 to fund charities that advance the research and education of bladder leakage. They are giving money just for showing that we are ready to speak up and speak out, so don’t hesitate to join the cause!
Now get out there and get living. With Depend and without worry!
Until next time,
